This is a full-time on-site role for an Events & Exhibitions Executive located in Noida. The Events & Exhibitions Executive is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and exhibitions that showcase AET LED Displays’ products and services. The Events & Exhibitions Executive will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that events are successful and meet business objectives.

Qualifications
- Experience in BTL activities planning and execution
- Responsible for Events, Roadshows, Meets and Exhibitions execution
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Knowledge of Printing collaterals, Brandings, Vendor Management, Production processes and logistics
- Experience in the LED or technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
- Able to travel across India and outside India, on requirement
